Fordham Company picks local firm to advise on luxury condo tech strategy

The Fordham Company hired onShore Networks to design and manage the construction of the telecommunications, video and data system infrastructure for the Pinnacle a 48 story luxury condominium building under construction at 21 E. Huron in Chicago. This partnership represents a market shift: developers are moving away from allowing their Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) engineering contractors to implement the technology infrastructure strategy for high-end residential buildings and, instead, are looking for specialized expertise. onShore´s extensive experience in infrastructure design and technology strategies for multi-unit residential buildings will allow the Fordham Company to differentiate the Pinnacle as a building offering a virtually future-proof low-voltage infrastructure for voice, broadcast and internet products and services.
